Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery
All orders over $99 will qualify for free shipping within most major centers in Canada. Shipments to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges and you will be advised before your items are shipped. Orders below $99 will be subject to the Purolator listed shipping rate. Orders placed before noon are usually packed and shipped that day as long as they are in stock. Delivery times will vary based on recipient’s location but typically will arrive within 1-3 days.

Heavy & Hazardous Goods
Due to the extra fees associated with shipping of heavy and hazardous goods, there will be additional shipping charges and you will be advised before your items are shipped. (ie. bibs, gloves, tray covers, liquids). Under the Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations, the following products and similar type products are deemed hazardous: chemiclave solutions, evacuation cleaners, isopropyl alcohol, certain disinfectants, and all aerosol products.

Temperature Sensitive Goods
Products that are temperature sensitive (i.e. anesthetics, liquids) and require shipping in a controlled environment are subject to additional charges.

1. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express along with Cheques, EFT, E-Transfers, Direct Deposits.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. We are not responsible for typographical errors; pricing errors or an increase in price due to manufacturer cost increases.
4. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of purchase, or a 30% restocking fee will apply.
5. Returns must be in original, unopened packaging to receive a full refund or exchange. Otherwise, the return may be subject to a 30% restocking fee even within the 15 days.
6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of all products they are returning.
7. Balances over 30 days will incur a 2% monthly finance charge.
