Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
Return Window:

- All returns must be sent back unopened and in original packaging and with a copy of your invoice within 15 days of purchase to avoid additional fees.
- Returns made after 15 days or items not in original, unopened packaging will incur a 30% restocking fee, unless product is defective.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage in transit or any shortage to the order, please advise us within three business days of receipt of the goods.
Before you open a package, please make sure that it contains the item that you ordered. For your protection, small equipment that has been opened or used, such as handpieces, cannot be returned for credit or exchange. It will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you find that an item is defective while in use, return the remaining portion of the product with a full explanation of why it is defective. We will forward the product and explanation to the manufacturer.

- Small Equipment: These items automatically incur a 30% restocking fee .
- Large Equipment: A deposit of 50% is required on all large equipment orders. The balance of payment is due when equipment is delivered to you. All large equipment sales are governed by separate Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be provided to you at the time of purchase. We offer flexible financing options, please contact us at 1-866-740-8829 for further details. Large equipment orders cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following (unless product is defective):

- Customized or special-order products
- Non-stock or special-order items
- Imprinted Items
- Expired Products
- Unsealed, used, incomplete or damaged products
- Items that require refrigeration
- Clearance items
- Personal Protective Equipment
Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refund Process

- Contact Us: Email us at inquiries@dfdentalsolutions.ca or call 1-866-740-8829 with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Contact us for assistance if you wish to exchange an item. Please note only items in original, unopened packaging will be eligible for exchange.
