At DF Dental Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality dental supplies and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

        • All returns must be sent back unopened and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase to avoid additional fees.

2. Equipment and Special-Ordered Items: These items automatically incur a 30% restocking fee and are not eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Used or opened items
• Customized or special-order products
• Clearance or sale items
• Perishable goods (e.g., certain dental materials)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refund Process

      or call 1-866-740-8829 with your order number and reason for return.
   2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
   3. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us for assistance if you wish to exchange an item.
