DF Dental Solutions – 2026 Q2 Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Contest Period
The DF Dental Solutions 2026 Q2 Contest (the “Contest”) begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory and are authorized representatives of a dental practice or business account with DF Dental Solutions.
Employees, representatives, and agents of DF Dental Solutions, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every qualifying order of supplies of $500 CAD or more (before applicable taxes) placed during the Contest Period. Each qualifying order counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.

4. Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won: a $2,000 CAD credit applied to the winner’s DF Dental Solutions account.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. DF Dental Solutions reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

5. Draw Date
A random draw will be conducted on July 17, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw using the contact information associated with their account.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days, DF Dental Solutions reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Skill-Testing Question
In accordance with Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the winner.

8. Publicity & Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide a photograph of their office staff and/or owner with the DF Dental Solutions Winner’s Certificate and grants DF Dental Solutions permission to use their name, business name, likeness, photograph, and general location for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions
DF Dental Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, without notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct.
DF Dental Solutions is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless DF Dental Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

12. Governing Law
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
